Dr. Nicole Barichello grew up in the north suburbs of Chicago and completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Illinois. She then moved to the beautiful island of St. Kitts to attend veterinary school at Ross University School of Veterinary Medicine where she adopted 3 cats, her "Kittitian Kittens." She was lucky to be able to return to her alma mater to complete her clinical year of veterinary school at the University of Illinois. She practiced at a hospital in the western suburbs of Chicago for almost 2 years before joining our team. 

Dr. Barichello is a member of the American Veterinary Medical Association, Chicago Veterinary Medical Association, and the American Association of Feline Practitioners. She is also Fear Free certified and is passionate about making sure your pets feel safe while in our hospital. Her professional interests include feline behavior, geriatric care, preventative medicine, and internal medicine. 

Outside of work, Dr. Barichello enjoys spending time with her 3 cats, quality time with family and friends, exercising, and traveling.
